Salon Policies
Something came up & I need to reschedule. How can I change my appointment?
No problem at all! You will have full access to your appointments & my schedule through my 3rd party booking software Vagaro. After you log in to your account, click on appointments from the drop down menu to make changes
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all of my clients I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. I truly understand that life happens & I appreciate your ability to communicate in a timely manner so that I can accommodate other clients that are on our my waitlist. For last minute cancellations, appointment changes or no show's there will be a rebooking fee of 50% of your missed services. This fee must be paid before booking another appointment.

Late Policy
I will be working with limited availability & timing is crucial. If you are late, we may have to forgo part of your service or reschedule altogether. Please be advised that if your appointment is adjusted or rescheduled you may incur the cancellation fees.
Refund Policy
All my services are guaranteed for 7 days following your appointment if the proper homecare I've recommended is being used. Please email me directly if you would like any adjustments to your hair during this timeframe. No refund will be issued.
Studio Safety
In order to provide a safer studio experience I have a no children and pets policy. I ask that you do not bring any guests, children or pets to your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
I always disinfect all work areas, tools, brushes, and scissors between every client. A freshly washed cape or gown will be used for your service. I do not double book appointments so please come alone to your service. Face masks are optional. If you come in wearing one I will also wear one. I want you to feel comfortable & safe. I am not responsible for damaged or soiled fabric masks brought from home.

I am excited that you are here with me today but if you are feeling sick, or been in close proximity to someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 we will need to reschedule your appointment for minimum 5 days out. Our health comes before beautiful hair, thank you for understanding.

My salon proudly carries the line Surface Hair. This luxury haircare brand is all natural hair, gluten free, vegan, paraben free and never tested on animals. Pre Order your favourite products right here on my website,
I use Oligo Professionnel hair color line exclusively. I believe in using high end hair color for my clients. Oligo offers a full range of customizable colors in demi permanent, permanent, lighteners & toners. Every product I use is 100% cruelty free
I want to grab food & beverages before my appointment. Any good spots?
Absolutely! I will list some of my favourite nearby restaurants for you to enjoy before or after your appointment.
